Releasing pressure from a boiler?

Have recently had work done on a boiler and had to let pressure back into the boiler.
It is now over bar 3
What is the best way to loose pressure?
Do i bleed the radiator and let the water drip out?
If so how much?

Do it your way by bleeding water from a radiator....expect to lose a couple of pints and keep an eye on the pressure gauge until you get the reading you want. Its best to have the heating off for this.
