how can i fix my hp pc?

my pc is not allowing me to sign on to my yahoo or hotmail and any other sites that you sign in
can anybody tell me why and how to solve it

clear cookies. in firefox, go to TOOLS, then CLEAR PRIVATE DATA, then check the COOKIES part then CLEAR PRIVATE DATA NOW. in Internet explorer, goto TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIUONS, DELETE COOKIES. hope this helps
