clear cookies. in firefox, go to TOOLS, then CLEAR PRIVATE DATA, then check the COOKIES part then CLEAR PRIVATE DATA NOW. in Internet explorer, goto TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIUONS, DELETE COOKIES. hope this helps
