i uninstall my printer cause it said it cloudn't communicate with my computer when i try to reinstall the program it said it was not properly install so i try to download my pictures from my camera and i got a UBS error how can i fix this problem

remove any USB devices attached to the computer - go to device manger and uninstall/delete all the USB hubs and other devices then reboot - Xp will rebuild the USB hubs for you then reinsert everthing.
