I am haveing the same problem as floyed, i have a beat audio digital MP3 and it wll say hello then just stay there I have got it replaced and the new one is doing the same thing. Please help me

I had the same problem and the same make of MP3 player. I dont know how to mend it, I do however suspect it was ruined through my body sweat as I was wearing the MP3 under my T shirt while riding my bike every day. You may niotice a salty buildup on the device if theis is the case with you. I didnt repeat this with my replacement and it has been fine.
