how can i fix my ferroli optimax 25c boiler?

the hot water works fine but the heating will not work if i press the mode button 3 times it comes on for 15 minutes then goes off what can it be

Sounds like a problem with external controls, are they all calling for heat??

Turn up all thermostats and on any time clock....does it fire?

Sounds like the 15mins it fires for you maybe the high-fire mode used to commission & test the boiler
