yes re flash your box with the latest image if you want the latest image send mi your email addy and il send you it all tell you were to get it from!!!!!!!!!!!

virgin has encripted there signal to sky i also have sam e problem but may have to reprogram box using eithernet cable and internet but donk know how

mine has all the channels but only basic freeview channels are working from last nite i rescaned and still no other channels r workin i fink ders a bug or sum frequencies have changer btw am on dox2 nokia
