Antenna connection ??????

I have a durabrand CG5660-M it was working fine one minute then it froze and now it says 'no channels found check aerial connection'. Unplugged aerial from box and plugged it into TV an TV works fine lovely picture. Whats going on ??

I cannot agree with that comment about Freeview boxes. I have several and some have been in use since Freeview was announced.

However so-called 'budget' boxes are not worth repairing if they break. Don't expect Rolls Royce reliability from a Trabant.

Ask a neighbour if they r having trouble with freeview,If they r ok, then the box is broken, and it's not worth repairing cause u can get them for less than a tenner.
freeview boxes go on regular basis and are not the most reliable of electronic items.

I have tried that. I left it unplugged for 24hrs then tried first time installation again but still nothing comes up while its scanning. The receiver? is WinterHill. Is there a problem with them ??

Try switching off(un-plug from the wall) the box for 10min to reset the memory then re-tune the box. Usually works.
