ravenheat combi boiler?

we,ve just moved into a property with a ravenheat combi boiler,we have set the timer to go on and off as required by us,but it comes on in the middle of the night then does'nt come on during day.is the timer u/s? or are we doing something wrong.

have you set the clock to the right time 24 hour clock cos if setting for 4.00 it woud come on during the night woud need to be set for 16.00 abd what days you want it to come on off
