Parents just moved house and no instructions for potterton lynx 2 combi boiler. Can anyone help urgently please.

Parents are 85 and therefore nothing is self explanatory to them. Think I might have located a used copy though.
House has been built around 15 years so I assume boiler is original.
I'll suggest a replacement but he's a Scott and careful with his money so I doubt he'll do it

ps I'm a builder and plumber but doesn't make any difference if he doesn't have a "bit of paper" to look at!

everything self explanatory on this boler control panel,the instruction manual will not solve any problems you my have with unit
this boiler very old and paperwork unavalible
