It was working great until the other week when they sent a message through to say they were upgrading the EPG. Since then every time I put it on standby overnight, the next morning I cannot change the red light to green to turn it on so have to unplug it from mains for 5 mins then plug it back in when it tells me it is first time installation so I have to wait for it to find all the chanels again. It is most annoying as I have to do this every morning now. It worked fine before they did the upgrade.

Take if back to the DSG store (Dixons/Currys/PC World) for a refund. You don't need to worry about receipts because Matsui is a DSG Own Brand and so must have been bought from them.
