Okay, so you will need to open up the tape (using a screwdriver), be carefull not to touch the tape inside. You can place a piece of sticky tape at the begining of your tape. Make sure it's firm. Then put the tape back together. Just make sure that when you rewind the tape again you don't rewind to the start. Leave about 5 minutes.
