How can i fix my vizion 2Gb Mp4 player?

My vizion mp4 player wont seem to allow me to upload files on to it .... any ideas? it says

Cannot copy ' song name ' : The directory or file cannot be created.

Try converting your MP3s to WMA, thats what I had to do as is would not recognise MP3.

A shame yes but, WMA is a better quality and smaller in size!
