My weight watcher scales shows Err?

My weight watcher scales shows Err when i step on the scales. i have changed the battery but that does not help. What do I do to correct this situation.

Hi. When a scale shows err, it usually means it is out of range. either the weight is too heavy for it, or the loadcell (the part that does the weighing) has been bent by force e.g dropping it, or dropping something on top of it. Either way, it is usually bad.
