Ravenheat CSi 85 boiler fires up then cuts out?

My Csi 85 boiler fires up,then after a while cuts out and re-lights.This happens continually but no warning light comes on.
Any ideas??

Thanks T.Can you clarify what you mean by external controls.Pump runs fine and just had the fan replaced.
Whats best way to check CH thermistors?

Check at what temp. the boiler cuts out, and back in again, because all boilers will cycle on and off as they reach temp. then back on again when it falls below.
