1) Check your device manager. Any !'s?
2) When you say "my computer says they are ok" where are you seeing this...in your bios..in your device manager...someplace else?
3) Try deleting any of the below registry keys that are present. Know in advance that deleting any key OTHER than the ones listed can easily turn your computer into a paperweight and force you to completly reinstall windows. If you are not comfortable editing the registry, DONT....and even if you are, make sure to back it up first.
