my comp keeps freezing on me took it to comp shop and they say there is nothing wrong with the tower what could it be please help me

it may be over heating, cause the guys at the computer shop took the cover off when thay were checking it out so it wouldn't have froze up for them, so thay would have put the case back on and said it was fine, so u need to put some extra fans in or check to make sure the fans u have are going fast enuf to remove the heat, the computer comes with2 most of the time

When a pc freezes it usually due to conficts in hardware/software, did you delete something or load anything new?
