Channels deleted!!?

My kid sister wanted to watch E4 in my room and she's only gone and deleted that channel and E4 plus and from what i can gather a few more!! How to i restore all the channels?!?!

Sorry but my crystal ball is in the shop for repair today and so I don't know what Freeview box you have. :-)

However generically, go into the setup menu and do a complete rescan.
