Potterton Suprima Boiler is not providing enough hot water?

Central heating is working, but hot water is going cold after few minutes of use. Boiler is firing up when we turn the hot water on but we simply don't have enought water the way we used to.

Can anyone please help?

your post don't make any sense as a suprima is not a combi boiler it has stored hot water, so boiler will not fire up everytime you turn on the hot tap.
you should have a copper cylinder with approx 117 litres.
check your cylinder stat is on about 60 degrees.
