How do I replace the CMOS battery in my Advent 5471 laptop? please give instructions how to access the battery as I cannot seem to find it?

No I do not have the laptop in bits at the moment bot I have had the keyboard out and looked underneath there.......No battery. I have had all the removable panels off the underside but still no sight of the CMOS battery. Have you any more suggestions apart from taking the thing apart which is not normally necessary just to replace the battery.

I assume you have it in bits ? Take some close pics of the motherboard,both sides & send them in email to Davidsands0705@aol.com. Will see if i can find them.
