1991 Mitsu widescreen 'on' button doesn't work correctly?
My 1991 full size rear projection TV 50'' (Model # VS-5007R) doesn't come on when the 'on' button is selected. Of interest is the fact that it tries to engage since at the moment the 'on' button is pushed it immediately makes a noise on the circuit board that has the 120 AC wires soldered onto it. I'm an aircraft mechanic and am certain that after finding which part to replace that I can safely make the swap.
