After a recent move to a new home, my Toshiba 55" HD rear projection screen TV is not vertically centered. In 4:3 mode it chops off the top of the picture (Although it fills the screen). When viewing in 16:9 mode the Black bar at the top is about 2" wide and the Black bar at the bottom 4" wide...the picture needs to shift down about an inch. How can I adjust this?

look on your remote, it has all sorts of settings for your tv h,w,adjustment try that, not the back of the tv?
