i am trying to make a cd from songs on my pc, every time i insert a blank cd rw (yes it is fresh out the packet, have used loads of different makes) it spits it out and tells me to insert a blank disc!!
This is really frustrating me!! Can anyone put me out of my misery??

what cd's are you using, CDR+ or CDR-, yes it does make a difference. check your rewriter, it should tell you if its a + or - recorder, or both. if its 1 or the other then make sure your using the correct cd's. also if this is not the case the check the speed settings in the program against the max speed of the cd itself and make sure the program burns at the same rate or slower, hope this helps.
