Worcester Bosch 35CDi II - hot water fault?

After coming back from holiday we found that our boiler will only heat the hot water when the tap is turned fully on. Previously it used heat water even at low flow rates.

The heating works fine.

Water Pressure is high, as water board have just rectified a problem with low mains supply pressure.

What is likely to be the problem, and solution?

sounds like a problem with the divertor valve. there may be a service kit for them , but you might just have to get a replacement valve.
