JVC GR-D32u video camera says remove lens cap but dosent have one?

My Video camera says to remove lens cap but it dosent have one on outside.

The ccd sensor is faulty and you need to replace it.
If your camera is still under warranty, you can sent it back to JVC for free replacement.
