i can unlock my upvc door but i cannotopen it.
the deadbolts kove but it just will not open

Try lifting the door using the hinges there is a bolt which you can see when you remove the plastic cap at the bottom of the hinge turning bolt with the proper size alan key will lift bthe door up if that is the problem the door should carry a gaurantee usually 5 to 10 years for such problems try contacting the firm that fitted your door.

either your locking mechanism has failed (for ex. your top part may work but the bottom has failed therefore it will remain locked even though you can here it disengaging).
or it may be that your door has dropped and may just be caught on the frame.
you may need to be forceful!
try unlocking and lift up the door by the hub of the handle and pushing.
remember locking mechanisms are cheaper than new doors but take heed.
