Misting on outside of double glazing?

windows 1 and 1/2 yrs old condensation on upstairs and d/stairs windows but outside only, windows have some leading for decoration but no one not even my installer can give me an answer please help

I am also getting this problem on my double glazed windows which were fitted in the summer. I am also on the case to try and find the reason why.

If its definitely on the outside (most unusual) then there could be a heating vent outlet somewhere nearby?
