baxi back boiler will not stay alight?

I have a baxi back boiler which will not stay alight,the thermastat is shutting down the main flame but the water is cold, i have changed the thermostat and still same problem ,there is also noise coming from pump,so pump was changed still same problem, what else could it be?

many thanks guys, looks like when i had the loft conversion they shut of a supply valve to the tank in the loft as the ballcock seems to be u/s(cowboys)
filled up tank and all ok thanks!

is this same for heating?? sounds like a air lock, agree, check header tank in loft, if theres water, bleed rads, if when bleeding nothing comes out i.e water or air you have a blocked cold feed to the system.

check that there is water in the small tank in the loft, also try bleeding the rads.
