Boiler running then locking out?

I have a Worcester domestic boiler and a full tank of 28 second burning oil. My boiler fires when it is called for HW/Heating, runs for 2-3 minutes and then locks out. I can re-set it many times but it keeps doing the same thing. Radiators get warm and so does the water. Could you give me an idea why the boiler is continually locking out?

Blockage or restriction in oil line, blocked filters, airlock, knackered solenoid.

Get an oftec engineer in, not worth the risk of tackling yourself (and besides spilled oil reeks)

Because there is a fault somewhere, it locks out for saftey reasons. DO NOT keep resetting it otherwise you may cause further damage or worse. You have to clear the fault before resetting it, this is what the lock out is designed for.
