Washer not spinning?
My washer,a Hoover Nextera HNF 2127-80,will do everything except its spin cycle, when put on spin only the drum tries to move , suspect it may be the carbon brushes in the motor as there was black dust on the bottom plate of the washer.Am I right or is it something else
