blinking led only when turned on,Sharp sx-68g7?

I have a shrp sx-68g7 and the syptoms is that the power led is just blinking when the power is turned on. Its seems like its 8 blinking intervals, then it keeps on repeating, Can somebody help me whith this problem. Thanks.
