How to close-open PVC window remotely?

My PVC window is located really high in the ceiling (at 2,6 M) and it opens from lower position to the upper position. Not to mention the fact that there is nothing to hold the window open, much bigger problem is how to open it every time needed without climbing a ladder, just by pushing a button on a remote. Is there any kind of electric mechanism available to enable the mentioned operation?

I used a product a while back for wheelchair bound people operating normal height windows called OL90 made by a company called Geze. They have a couple of UK distributors. It's a manual system but I think they do an electric one (quite expensive). If you have no one to fit it look up some of the conservatory installers who may fit their own fanlight opening kits but OL90 is tried and tested. I also used it in a factory where the fanlights were about 10 meters up.
