Sliding patio door won't open?

Our sliding patio door decided to stop opening one day this week. It unlocks OK, but when you try to slide it, the door opens about an inch on the top and nothing at the bottom (in other words, it angles slightly), but no amount of pulling will get it to open.
Help!

if the door has shoot bolt top and bottom the bottom bolt has dropped out of the mechanism, it screws in and can come loose if not locktight fitted.take antiliftout block off fitted in top track or on side of door lift door up with spade end to top of track ,you should be able to lift rod up to open door hope this helps

try lifting your sliding door as you open it,if it moves ok its one of your rollers, prob the one furthest away from your lock,if you look down the edge you should see a small round plastic cap,pop this off and you will be left with a small 10mmish hole, inside is a screw,if you turn it clockwise it should lift your door, keep turning untill door is level and should be ok.hope this helps
