how do you get the usb pen working in my car stereo (mosca089)?

im trying to get my memory stick working in my car stereo - (model is mosca089). i don't have the manual. i have music on there, but when i try to access it on my stereo, it thinks for a while and then says "no file". any suggestions or solutions please???
