Pump or low pressure fault on a baxi combi 105 HE?

I am getting no hot water from my boiler it is showing a flasing LED for pump or low pressure fault. System pressure is 1.5 and stable. Is this likely to be an easy fix or an expensive new pump job? Boiler is ~2 half years old(ish).

either pump has jammed or the pump flow switch is not making or stuck in the on position
