My 42" LCD Toshiba is a month old and from the start had a band about 2" thick running vertically across it occasionally with a dragline of pixels, it is getting gradually more frequent meaning watching it is less enjoyable. Can you tell me if you have heard of this problem before and have any suggestions to rectify it? I have tried a diffreent t.v. with the same scart leads to discount them from being the problem
