my mp4 player was dead i tried to turn it on but it did not come on at all and when i charge it still will not turn on or charge

The screen might be broken, I have had a bout 3 mp4's and the first worked and then i dropped it, and the screen was as if it was off but i knew it was'nt because i saw a light through a crack on the mp4.

take it to a phone repairer the ones that sell phone covers and such the might help.
