THE FILM HAS FROZEN, CANNOT MOVE THE MP4 PLAYER NOT EVEN TURN IT OFF?
I was playing a film on the mp4 player when it just froze and it wont move left or right, cannot get it to do anything. Does anyone know what the problem is, and how it can be fixed.
