there are plenty of free software downloads on WWW just search for the particular software you need - I assume its for a kodak camera so why not try Kodaks own site

Click START at the bottom of screen,select CONTROL PANEL click on CAMERAS AND SCANNERS, on the left it will say install hardware follow instructions Install Wizard hopefully will search and install for you,or go on the Kodak site you may be able to download the driver.
