I take it that this is a Baxi Brazillia wall heater.If so be careful as these DO NOT have a safety device fitted to them so if the gasflame does go out,unlit gas will still feed through the burner.Taking the glass out is not a great idea because if the seals break or more importantly the glass happens to crack then you will get fumes coming into the room.The case just lifts off these with 4 slots where the case pegs fit back in.Take the case off and check to see if the piezo lead has come off.It happens quite a lot with these kind of heaters.
