I have a virus on my laptop? Helppppp!?

i have a virus which keeps freezing my laptop, worser on the internet, various random net pages keep appearing and sometimes they just wont stop popping up! i have anti virus and its not picking anything up! my documents keeps popping up to and also my vista keeps popping up saying "rydll host" isnt working properly. im just wondering if the laptop needs professional help!! any advice is grateful!! asap

Go to the majorgeeks.com forum. They'll probably tell you to download hijackthis and then show the results to them. You probably need ccleaner, ad-aware and spybot. All free to download. Look for them on the net or on majorgeeks. You can download many free things from the majorgeeks site that can help with all sorts of computer problems.

i had the same problem with vista using the free avg antivirus it was a nightmare i recently downloaded avira antivirus and now my laptop runs like it was new maybe you should do the same

Go to PC world and ask for a small pack of amoxicillin.If you are unsure of how to administer contents dont hesitate to take your laptop along with you as the guys at PC world will be only to willing to help. I know viruses can be a sod so act quick. ps. It sounds like you have the longtadgerwacker virus.
