turbomax. no water?

i just replaced my diverter valve on my 824 plus. i finally found the refill valve and refilled my boiler. the radiators come on fine but NO WATER AT ALL comes out the hot taps or shower

have you turned the hot water valve back to open on the bottom of the boiler
