The DVD on Goodmans Combi is sticking, won't load disc ?

The Goodmans GTVL19W17HVFM, TV/DVD combi is stuck. The DVD will go in but the disc will not load, I've reset the DVD on settings but just clicks and keeps trying to load. HELP!
