My builder fitted roof shoes on my property. Since then I have had water running down the outside of the property. and dripping off the shoes (did not have this problem before). Could the roof shoes be the wrong size (looks to me like the shoes are too small for the tiles, but the roofer says the roof is the problem).

How can I fix it?
