foreign things in the BEKO WMA520W?

Hi,

My wife has washed out something with our clothes, and it get trapped in the machine. The washing machine works well, but the foreign thing makes noise while the machine is spinning the clothes. How could I take it out of the washing machine?

you have to remove the heating element to get access to the underside of the drum.be careful using it with foreign objects trapped under the drum as they have a habit of punching holes in the plastic drum or breaking the paddles off the inner drum.this then becomes a new machine as cost of repair is high.GET IT FIXED ASAP!
