Double Glazing Seal?

Can you replace the rubber seal round pvc double glazing windows and doors, if you can, would it help to sound proof?

yes you can replace and it could stop them being noisy but not always,it could be they need re-sealing with silicone,have a look to see if there is any loose or split silicone and re-seal if there is and see if they are any better.hope this helps
