potterton prima 60f locking out?

I have a potterton prima 60f that keeps locking out. So far I have had the PCB, the fan, the pump and gas valve changed and had a chemical flush, yet my boiler still won't work. It fires up fine, runs for a minute or so then locks out.
Any one got any suggestions
