storage heaters?

2 of my storage heaters have stopped working, both at same time. Have checked the mcb's on dist board - all ok. difficult to check if getting power as Eco 7 dont kick in till late at night.... any suggestions??

If they are the older type of heater they are protected from overheating using fuseable links which melt if they get too hot. Isolate the power supply, remove the top cover to get to them, if they have gone you will see a pool of solder under the link. If they are more modern it could be the thermostat contacts.
