kUNDO ANNIVERSARY CLOCK?

THE BOTTOM BLOCK WHICH FITS INTO THE TOP OF THE PENDULUM IS IN SITU. THE SUSPENSION WIRE HAS BROKEN AND I AM TRYING TO REMOVE THE BOTTOM BLOCK FROM ITS HOUSING. IT APPEARS TO BE RETAINED BY A STEEL PIN. HOW DOES ONE REMOVE THIS PIN.
