I have a ilo MP3/wma digital audio player version 3.101.I52 I've never had a problem with it, I love the product, but this morning I wanted to change the music on it and I plugged it in, went through the removing/syncing steps and I got an error message stating "it is not possible to change sync settings at this time, please try again later" I've never gotton this error message before, I've unplugged the device and reset it numbers of times and Im still getting the same error can someone please help me fix this problem?
