hi the problem is your grafix card will no support the size of the pixels you are asking of it, for the monitor you are using! you need to start your pc up in safe mode! then go into youre grafix card set up and lower the settings it is on, like my be 60hz, and 800 x 600 screen size!
then click apply and re boot the pc! this should work.

Your PC's graphics adapter is trying to drive the monitor in a mode that it doesn't support.

You need to find out what modes the monitor does support (technical spec. from manufacturer) and then set your graphics to drive in that mode.
